Despite my efforts to seek assistance, my agents were unhelpful, stating they could not take action on the matter, which was frustrating and disappointing.
I was instructed to wait for several days for an update, but weeks went by without any communication from the agency. Ultimately, I was informed that there was no error on their part. Additionally, I faced complications following a minor accident, which they managed inadequately. Upon reviewing these issues with my new insurance provider, I discovered significant discrepancies, but it was too late to rectify them.
